A vibrant and inviting cultural center aims to serve creativity and relaxation in Boom through flexible spaces where the park seamlessly extends. The priority is a design that, through the overlap and subdivisibility of the program, encourages co-use of spaces while allowing them to function independently. The central element in this is the foyer, acting as a cultural street that connects all shared indoor and outdoor spaces, making the project a cohesive and readable whole.
Through an intelligent arrangement of the program, four compact and recognizable volumes (academy, administration, cultural hall, and cultural café) are created, connected by a unifying foyer.
