With this concept, we aim for an energy-neutral service building with a strictly limited impact on the environment and climate, ensuring climate mitigation and adaptation while prioritizing the well-being of employees. This design is future-proof, staying well ahead of the impending construction shift.
With this proposal, the site retains the potential for future expansion, helping to reduce daily land use and even making it space-neutral or space-negative. The ambition for strong collaboration between workshop employees and office staff was also clearly reflected in the project definition. This is why the design incorporates large stairwell windows that provide a view of the activities in the workshops, while the changing rooms are strategically placed between the offices and shared areas.
Design choices based on equality among all employees act as the social glue that shapes the future of such construction projects.
